Join IKEA Family – it's quick, easy, and free.

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Step 1: Park on the upper-level parking.

Step 2: Enter the store and follow the signage to the Click & Collect Desk.

Step 3: Check-in at the Click & Collect Desk.

You will need your confirmation email and government-issued photo ID to collect your order.

*Tickets are sold in-store at IKEA Etobicoke only. Tickets will be available for purchase on April 22, 2024, until sold out. Tickets will be considered proof of purchase and attendance at the IKEA Etobicoke High Tea (“Event”) and must be presented at the time of admission. Ticket is non-transferable. Duplicates will not be accepted. The ticket holder assumes all responsibility for the risks and dangers that may arise as a result of their attendance at the event and waives all claims for loss or damage resulting from any cause whatsoever, they undergo before, during or after the Event. Use of this ticket is subject to all applicable laws, regulations and IKEA rules/policies including those Event Rules available instore and posted during the Event, and any relevant health and safety requirements in force at the time of the Event (including but not limited to any applicable mask mandates, requirements for proof of vaccination and/or contact tracing requirements, as applicable). Failure to comply with any rules, policies or instructions of IKEA may result in the ticket holder being refused access to the Event or removed from the Event with or without refund of the ticket price, at the sole and absolute discretion of IKEA.
