Click and collect ordering has changed as of August 1st, 2023. Click and collect orders can now be picked up directly in the Click and collect lounge, where an IKEA Ottawa co-worker will be happy to assist you.
Click and collect purchases ordered to a Locker pick-up point remains unchanged and may be picked up at Click and collect located under covered parking.

A mural with a message
IKEA Ottawa has worked with a local Indigenous artist to create this impactful mural.
Within the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s 94 Calls to Action, one of the calls speaks to Art, #83, which calls for Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists to undertake collaborative projects and produce works that contribute to the reconciliation process.
We believe our newly implemented mural addresses this call in a beautiful and collaborative way.
Visit the mural on the second floor of IKEA Ottawa, immediately to the left before you start your journey to the third floor.

Click and collect
You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to
Contactless Click and collect service is available at select pick-up locations nationwide. Starting at $5, you can place an order online and collect it from your local IKEA store or an external Pick-up location. Free Click and collect is available at IKEA Ottawa only.
Our new Click and collect building is now open. Located under the IKEA covered parking by the Exit doors.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select IKEA Ottawa as your store.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store at your selected timeframe.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to the store at your selected timeframe. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Before visiting the store, please check your Click and collect pick-up date and timeframe, and please adhere to your selected time.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Once your order is complete, wait until you receive the "Ready for pickup" email before heading to the store.
Step 2: Once you arrive at the store, follow the signs to the Click and collect lounge. If there is a line, please line up accordingly.
Step 3: Please have your confirmation email visible and a valid piece of photo ID, such as a drivers license.
