Click and collect service

• You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to. Starting at $5, place an order online and collect it at IKEA Richmond in the Click and collect area of our covered parking lot (section D, orange) or in our new pick-up lockers, available 24/7.

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select IKEA Richmond or a nearby Pick-up location third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the pick-up location.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to IKEA Richmond or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Find our Click and collect area and pick-up lockers:

In the covered parking lot in section D (orange). Please collect your order from Furniture pick-up on the upper level.

• Entering from Jacombs Road. The first 4 parking spots to the right as you enter from Jacombs Road are designated for Pick-up locker customers. Or, continue towards the back area of our parking and turn right into section D (orange) where all spots are dedicated for Click and collect and Pick-up locker customers. “Click and collect/Pick-up locker” signs will help lead the way.
• Entering from Sweden Way. Follow the entrance road towards the IKEA navigation tower and continue to the back road of the covered parking lot (look for the flags). “Click and collect/Pick-up locker” signs will help lead the way to the opposite side of the parking area into section D (orange) where all spots are dedicated for Click and collect and Pick-up locker customers.

Click and collect pick-up instructions: 

Step 1: Please park at one of the designated parking spots at the south end of our covered parking lot (section D, orange).

Step 2: Follow the instructions in your confirmation email or text the phone number on the parking stall sign with the parking stall number and your order number to confirm you have arrived and are ready for pick up.

Step 3: Wait in your vehicle for your order to be brought out to your parking stall by an IKEA coworker.

Pick-up locker instructions:

Step 1: Please park at one of the designated parking spots at the south end of our covered parking lots (section D, orange).

Step 2: Go to the screen on Side A or Side B based on details provided in your confirmation email.

Step 3: Enter the Pick-up locker code that is indicated in your confirmation email to collect your order.

A magical forest full of play and fun!

Småland is a fun and safe play area for children to enjoy while parents and guardians enjoy their shopping. The magical forest is perfect for jumping and bouncing, colouring or even resting to watch a movie or read a book

Why do we call this magical place Småland? It’s the name of an area of Sweden where IKEA began. It is also because Småland translates to “small land”, a land for small but our most precious people.

How to play in Småland

• Check the admittance requirements.
• Register your children on the digital screen in front of Småland upon arrival. There is no fee.
• Once a space becomes available, children can play for up to 1 hour in Småland.  This time limit may change without notice, in which case parents/guardians will be notified at sign-in. For instance, on busy days, children may only be allowed in the play area for a maximum of 45 minutes.
• Only the parent or guardian who signed the child(ren) in can sign the child(ren) out. 

Admittance requirements:

• 94-137cm is the height requirement for entering Småland.
• Children must be toilet trained. It is recommended children visit the washroom prior to entering Småland.
• Children are required to wear socks in Småland.
• Children are required to leave their footwear and outerwear in Småland during their visit, in the event of an emergency.
• Småland is a service for IKEA visitors. Parents/guardians must remain in IKEA Richmond.
• For the child’s safety, the same parent/guardian who signs the child in, must sign the child out.

Exceptions to admittance requirements may be applicable in some circumstances, for example, height requirements are not applicable for children who require a mobility device (wheelchair/scooter).
