Contactless Click and collect service is available at select pick-up locations nationwide. Starting at $5, you can place an order online and collect it from your local IKEA store or a Pick-up location.
Get free Click and collect with IKEA Family!
IKEA Family members enjoy free Click and collect for online orders at the IKEA Burlington, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough Town Centre, and Toronto Downtown stores only. No minimum purchase is required.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Follow the signs directing you to park in the Click and collect loading dock located next to store exit.
Step 2: Proceed to a designated numbered parking spot and park your vehicle, you will need your order confirmation email and a government-issued ID to collect your order.
Step 3: Select your preference: Enter through the Click and collect entrance to pick up your order or follow direction from ”Your order is ready” email confirmation to check in with parking spot number, please wait in your vehicle, we will bring your Click and collect order to you.
