Click and collect
You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to
Click and collect service is available at your local IKEA store or select pick-up locations.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Follow the signs directing you to park in the Click and collect loading dock.
Step 2: Park on the Click and collect loading dock or in additional parking in section G and view the sign posted in front of you.
Step 3: Check in online using the link in your pick-up email, or following the instructions on the sign then enter through the Click and collect entrance.
*Overheight vehicles must use the back parking lot entrance to the store, via Provost Drive, and park in front of the exit doors, on the loading dock.
